Terms and conditions
Effective from 27 October 2026.
1. Seller and scope
Seller: Brezi s. r. o., Horný val 6/13, 010 01 Žilina, Slovakia. Company ID: 54768578; tax ID: 2121778483. Registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Žilina, section Sro, entry 80158/L. The seller is not VAT registered. Contact: brezi@brezi.sk, +421 915 089 767. Returns and defect claims: Antona Bernoláka 44, 010 01 Žilina, Slovakia.
These terms govern purchases at brezi.sk. A consumer is an individual buying outside their business or profession. Provisions specifically for consumers do not automatically apply to business purchases. Slovak law governs the contract, without removing any mandatory consumer protection under the law of the consumer’s country of habitual residence where applicable.
2. Products and configuration
Our range also includes standalone graphic design services and digital designs, including logos. The scope of work, output format, delivery method and permitted use are defined by the particular offer and agreement. Files are not downloaded automatically after ordering; timing and delivery are arranged individually. Physical shipping rules do not apply to purely digital outputs.
Product pages state the characteristics, dimensions, package contents, available options and price. For configurable products, customers select the available colour, paper, printing, quantity and any personalised text. The final price appears before ordering; combinations without a set price cannot be purchased.
Photographs and previews show the product; colours can appear different depending on the screen, paper and printing method. This does not limit our obligation to supply goods with the agreed and legally required characteristics. Changes to the range do not affect contracts already concluded.
3. Ordering and formation of the contract
Customers add products to the basket, select available delivery and payment methods and enter their details, which they can review and correct before submission. Submitting an order with the button indicating an obligation to pay constitutes an offer to enter into a contract. The automatic order receipt email acknowledges receipt by the system. The contract is concluded only when the customer receives a separate email expressly accepting the order from the seller.
We contact the customer if details are incomplete, goods are unavailable or an obvious technical error occurs. Any proposed change requires the customer’s agreement; a concluded contract cannot be changed unilaterally except where permitted by law. Confirmation of the concluded contract, including the agreed terms, is sent by email on a durable medium. We retain order details to fulfil the contract and our legal obligations.
4. Personalisation and proof approval
Customers must supply correct names, dates, addresses and other materials. Where proof approval is agreed for a product, the customer checks and approves the text, accents, layout and options before production. Requests for changes after approval are assessed according to production progress; any new price and delivery date require the customer’s agreement.
Customers may supply only material they are entitled to use for the ordered purpose. Approving a proof does not release the seller from responsibility for its own errors or statutory liability for defects. Errors in customer-supplied information faithfully reproduced in the product are assessed according to the circumstances.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are final and in euros; the seller is not VAT registered. Delivery and any other expressly stated charges appear in the order summary before submission. Undisclosed charges are not imposed.
The current payment method is bank transfer. Account details, the payment reference and payment instructions are provided with the order. If payment before production is agreed for a particular product, this condition must be disclosed before the contract is concluded. We issue proof of purchase.
6. Delivery
We deliver to countries and addresses for which checkout offers an available delivery method. The carrier, price and availability depend on the address and parcel; see Delivery and payment. A country’s inclusion in the address form alone does not guarantee delivery availability.
The delivery date, including production time, is agreed on the product page or when the order is accepted. Unless a different period is agreed with the consumer, we deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of concluding the contract. When using delivery offered by the seller, risk of damage passes to the consumer when they or their nominated recipient take possession. If a parcel is visibly damaged, we recommend taking a photograph and contacting us promptly; this is not a condition for exercising statutory rights.
7. Consumer right of withdrawal
For a distance purchase of goods, consumers may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after they or their nominated recipient, other than the carrier, receive the goods. For items from one order delivered separately, the period starts when the last item is received; for goods delivered in multiple parts, when the last part is received. Withdrawal is also possible before delivery. Sending the notice by the last day of the period is sufficient.
The right does not apply in particular to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. We identify this exception for the relevant product. Making a product only after an order does not by itself create an exception. Rights relating to defective or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.
You may withdraw using the online withdrawal form, by emailing brezi@brezi.sk or by another clear written statement. Use of the form is optional. Send or hand back the goods within 14 days of withdrawal to Antona Bernoláka 44, 010 01 Žilina, Slovakia. The consumer bears direct return costs unless otherwise agreed or required by law. The consumer is liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the characteristics and functioning of the goods; this liability does not apply if we failed to provide the required withdrawal information.
We refund payments within 14 days of receiving the notice, using the original payment method unless another method is agreed without additional fees. On withdrawal from the whole contract, we also refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery we offered; the supplement for a more expensive delivery choice is not refunded. For partial withdrawal, refunds correspond to its scope. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier, unless we offered to collect them.
For standalone graphic design services or digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the 14-day withdrawal period starts when the contract is concluded. Placing an order or accepting these terms does not itself consent to losing the right of withdrawal. The exception for personalised physical goods is not automatically extended to services or digital logos.
If you wish a service to start during this period, we request separate express consent and provide the required information. If you subsequently withdraw before full performance, a proportionate charge for the service actually provided may apply only where statutory conditions are met. For a service, withdrawal rights are lost only after full performance if the consumer expressly agreed in advance to commencement and acknowledged the loss of the right. For digital content, the right may be lost when supply begins only after prior express consent, acknowledgement of the loss of the right and the legally required confirmation on a durable medium. Without these conditions, we do not treat the right as lost.
8. Defects and complaints
For consumer purchases, we are liable for a defect present on delivery that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. After the first repair of a defect, this liability period is extended once by 12 months. A defect must be notified within two months of discovery and before the relevant liability period expires. Statutory rules on proof and reimbursement of costs remain unaffected.
Notify defects at brezi@brezi.sk or Antona Bernoláka 44, 010 01 Žilina, Slovakia; legally permitted notification methods at our registered office are also available. The order number, a description and a photograph are helpful. We promptly provide written acknowledgement and state the deadline for remedying the defect. This may not exceed 30 days unless a longer period is justified by an objective reason beyond our control.
Consumers may choose repair or replacement unless their choice is impossible or disproportionately costly compared with the alternative. The remedy is free, at our expense and without significant inconvenience. Where statutory conditions are met, particularly where a defect is not remedied, recurs or is sufficiently serious, consumers may obtain a proportionate price reduction or withdraw from the contract. Withdrawal is unavailable for an insignificant defect; the seller bears the burden of proving this. Any refusal of liability is explained in writing. These rights also apply to personalised goods.
For digital content supplied once, we are liable for defects present on supply that become apparent within two years. Notify us using the contact details above; we promptly provide written acknowledgement and a remedy deadline, normally no more than 30 days, except for an objective reason beyond our control. Subject to statutory conditions, consumers are entitled to a free remedy, a proportionate price reduction or termination of the contract. For standalone graphic design services, we are responsible for proper performance of the agreed work under applicable law; defects may be reported through the same contact channels.
9. Business customers
Business applications are assessed individually. Registration does not entitle the customer to a business discount before approval. Approved customers can see their status and current discount in their account; the discount is applied in the basket. An individual discount takes precedence over the general business rate. Discount coupons cannot be used in a basket with an applied business discount. Changes to benefits apply to future purchases. See the Business programme.
10. Intellectual property
Designs, photographs, text, logos and templates are protected to the extent provided by applicable rights. Buying a product does not by itself transfer copyright in the design. Permission to use a digital design or logo depends on the particular offer and agreement. Customers are responsible for their right to use supplied materials.
11. Complaints and dispute resolution
Send complaints or requests for redress to brezi@brezi.sk. Consumers who disagree with the handling of a complaint or believe their rights have been infringed may request redress. If the request is rejected or remains unanswered for 30 days, they may apply to a competent alternative dispute resolution body. For ordinary consumer disputes arising from this shop, the Slovak Trade Inspection may be contacted: ADR rules and applications. The right to go to court remains unaffected.
12. Personal data
Information about data processing and your rights is available in our Privacy notice and Cookie information.
13. Final provisions
Changes to these terms apply to future contracts. A concluded contract is governed by the version accepted when it was concluded, unless the law provides otherwise. Invalidity of an individual provision does not affect the remaining provisions to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
