Accounts for companies and private individuals

When registering for a customer account, choose Company or Private individual. Companies enter their name and registration number; private individuals enter their full name. We review every registration personally. Registration does not guarantee approval or a discount; standard terms apply until approval.

Discount after approval

Once approved, your account shows your status and assigned percentage discount. The discount automatically applies to product prices when you shop while logged in, including validly priced configurations. An individual rate takes precedence over the default for your customer type. Delivery charges are not discounted. Coupons cannot be combined with a basket containing an applied customer discount.

Changes and questions

We may change terms and discounts for future orders; this does not change the agreed price of a concluded contract. Business status alone does not create a tax exemption.
